We’re delighted to announce that our Evolve Trader product won the 2021 Best IT and Website Award at the PCIAW Awards this year.
The PCIAW (Professional Clothing Industry Association Worldwide) awards took place on Tuesday 3rd November and was an in-person event designed to celebrate success and innovation across the professional clothing industry this year.
The night was a fantastic way for the industry to connect again after 18 months of virtual events, and it offered a brilliant opportunity for key players in the industry to promote their hard work during challenging times and to ensure wider recognition of the achievements which are shaping and driving the industry forward.
After entering the professional clothing market around 2017, it quickly became apparent that suppliers were struggling with legacy e-commerce solutions which were not fit for purpose or designed to scale. In an industry where legislation, technology and buyer requirements are ever-changing, we understood the need for a platform which could keep up. Allowing suppliers to meet buyer demands, and reduce the amount of manual intervention required to manage more complex order processes such as manpacking.
After working closely with a couple of UK-based suppliers, we developed the Evolve Trader platform to provide a solution to this problem.
The Evolve Trader web solution includes a set of functions designed to make wardrobe management a fully controlled and seamless online process for both suppliers and buyers. Our solution proved to significantly impact the suppliers’ business by reducing admin time, increasing orders and producing very happy buyers.
